Shooting interiors can be a demanding task.  Room size, furniture, and mixed light sources add complexity to the interior shoot. That’s why there is so much attention devoted to the how of residential interior photography. For example, Expert Photography has an article titled 12 Tips to Create Magazine-Worthy Interior Photography.

“The gorgeous interior photography shots you see in magazines may seem impossible to achieve as a photographer, but they’re not!”

Are you going to learn the residential interior photography techniques from a magazine when Charles Quinn has spent years perfecting his craft?

How Long Does it take to Photograph a Home?

The time required to photograph a home depends on several factors including the size of the home, the number of rooms, and how much prep must be done when the photographer arrives (for example opening blinds, turning on lights, etc.). Ideally, it takes from 45 minutes to two hours to photograph a home. Additional services, such as a walk-through video and 360-degree tour, will increase the photographer’s time at a home. An example of our pricing:

MLS/Listing Photos (includes sky replacement)
• Homes up to 3,000 square feet – $150
• Homes between 3,001 and 4,500 square feet – $180
• Homes between 4,501 and 6,500 square feet – $240
• Homes over 6,500 square feet and multiple structures – call for a quote
• Exterior photos only – $125
